In 2006, joined REK Partners LLC – founded consulting firm to facilitate sale of dictionary.com.

In 2011, Founded  NRT Capital LLC as CEO uncorrelated FX trader

In 2017, joined TJV Capital LLC as Founder uncorrelated FX trader.

In 2021, Villano became Blue Swan Investors Assistant Portfolio Manager/Equity Analyst.

Most recently, in 2022, TJ Villano became TitansFX CEO & CTO, uncorrelated short-term FX trading.
